Maharishi Law School organized a Parliament visit for the Law Students

Maharishi Law School organized a Parliament visit for the students of Law on 2nd Nov 2022 as a part of an educational trip. It was headed by Ms. Prabha Tripathi,  (Assistant Professor , Law) and Mr. Sumer Malik (Assistant Professor, Law). 


In total, 20 students participated in this excursion, organised to provide exposure and instill practical knowledge among students, thereby boosting their confidence and experimental learning.




The visit began at around 11:00 AM to the Parliament building. The students were headed by security personnel who explained everything about the parliament building and about the history of the same. The students visited Lok Sabha i.e., the lower house of the Parliament,  and then the Rajya Sabha i.e., the Upper House of the Parliament, followed by the Central Hall. The students were briefed well about the functioning of the Parliament and the  legacy of the temple of democracy.

Legal Research which Covers all the Indian Case Laws from Supreme Court

A workshop was organized by Maharishi Law School , on 21st May, 2022. The workshop was about accessing Manupatra, in a right and effective manner. Manupatra is the largest online database for legal research which covers all the Indian case laws from Supreme Court, All High Courts, and various tribunals. The workshop was taken up by Sh. K.K. Pankaj, the speaker who is Zonal Head, North for Manupatra . Inc Solutions. He told the intricate details as to how to access Manupatra, search for judgments’, access of legal dictionary and updated the students with a lot more technicalities and features that would make the legal research a lot more comprehensive and exhaustive. Law students from all the semesters attended this workshop. The workshop was organized by Dr. KB Asthana (Dean, MLS) Dr. Annu Bahl Mehra (Deputy Dean), with presence of other faculty members of MLS, Dr. Trapty Varshney, Dr. Ritu Singh Meena, and Ms. Prabha Tripathi.

हिन्दी दिवस २०२२ - " नवांकुर साहित्य संगम 2022 | महर्षि यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ इनफार्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी

दिनांक 14 सितम्बर को हिन्दी दिवस २०२२ के उपलक्ष्य में , महर्षि यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ इनफार्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी में एक साहित्यिक कार्यक्रम " नवांकुर साहित्य संगम 2022 " आयोजित किया जा रहा है | इस आयोजन में तीन प्रकार की साहित्यिक गतिविधियों के आयोजन की प्रस्तावना है - वाद विवाद प्रतियोगिता , पोस्टर निर्माण प्रतियोगिता और आशु भाषण प्रतियोगिता | कार्यक्रम के आयोजन का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में उच्च स्तर की साहित्यिक चेतना और समाज के प्रति एक समावेशी संवाद विकसित करना है|
