  Maharishi University of Information Technology organized a ‘Students’ Meet’ on 1st October 2022 at its Noida campus. More than 180 students of Pt. Salegram Public School, Greater Noida (UP) accompanied by their Principal (Dr. Vinay Kumar Jha) and several teachers attended the event. Prof. (Dr.) Bhanu Pratap Singh  (Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, MUIT) was also present for the event, and during his welcome address, he apprised the audience about the importance of correct career choices, awareness about different career options, skill development, communication skills, etc.  A brief presentation highlighting the major academic programs, curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular achievements and activities, and future plans were presented by Mr. Shivam Yadav (Editor - Electronic Media School of Journalism & Mass Communication ).   The Limitation Act, 1963 {hereinafter referred to as ILA, 1963} has the objective of doing justice and equity with the society and the defendant in a suit, appeal or an application. The public policy behind the Act is to bring legal status and legal relationship of an individual to certainty. Moreover, it is in the interest of society to put an end to litigation followed by the legal maxim interest reipublicae ut sit finis litium. The  ILA, 1963  prescribes the period of limitation for filing every suit, appeal, or application in the schedule of the act. The applicant/ respondent shall file the same within the prescribed time period. However, in cases where the delay is caused in filing the same ILA, 1963 provides for the principle of  Condonation of Delay  in Section 5 of the ILA, 1963. Maharishi University of Information Technology has signed a MoU with Bada Business, a company of eminent motivator, Dr Vivek Bindra, on Saturday 25th September 2021at  Noida campus. The MoU has been signed by Registrar, Dr. Akhand Pratap Singh on behalf of MUIT, Noida and   Mr. Gagan Bhutani on behalf of Bada Business with channel partner Mr. Navneet Agarwal. In this event, the Finance Officer of the University, Mr. Varun Srivastava, Business Head Mr. Neil, and all the Deans of MUIT Noida, were present. After this agreement, through online certificate courses students will be provided extensive knowledge related to different business strategies and frameworks which will help them to learn everything about entrepreneurship. Maharishi University and American company Princeton Hive started the first batch of online courses from 21st October 2021.
